We spent about 4 months researching water softeners, considered a wide range of products and talked to many businesses. In the end, we worked with Martin to install a Water Right water softener combined with a whole house filter to remove chlorine. Martin gave us clear and straightforward advice on what products to use. He was willing to work with us and customize the install. Martin was friendly, responsive, and quick. He explained all the details for maintenance clearly. Would highly recommend. Update: four years later I wish I could give 20 stars. Water softener still works great, I had a water heater issue and Martin helped me debug it to a gas issue over text message and told me how to reset the gas! Everything works now, this was really above and beyond!
