I've worked with many different Payment Processors over the years and can truly say that EVO provides one of the most outstanding Customer Support processes, ranging from technical to operational. Whether it's a quick question, a complicated integration issue or account level billing, the staff at EVO are always diligent in their work to provide results. I haven't yet had an issue that wasn't resolved quickly and with care.
EVO B2B is a wonderful company to work with. They are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure your questions get answered. Their fee structure for credit card transactions is very competitive and have already saved a good deal of money.
Everyone at EVO B2B has been easy to work with and very responsive. We have saved a significant amount since switching over to them and I wish I would have done it sooner. Everyone from Sales to Customer Service has been top notch.
