Ivaylo responded promptly to my messages and came out the next morning. He figured out why our AC unit was not running within 10 minutes of getting here and fixed the issue. We have two very old units and he gave us quotes for changing them out when the time comes. Very friendly, very kind, very helpful. Will be calling him when our units finally come to end of life.
