I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Stephanie, my daughter had to put down one of her show goats and Stephanie sat with my daughter and explained everything that was going on while putting her goat down. Dr Reese and every single vet tech and staff member are amazing. They are attentive, knowledgeable, respectful and treat you like family. I have driven an hour from Rockford to the office for the past few years to utilize their services and will continue to do so. Thank you for everything you all do.
I want to thank Dr. Ken Reese and his Veterinary assistant Alisha for the caring way they treated Steven and I during a very difficult time., Shuga, our 15+ year old Golden Retriever meant the world to us and we will miss her greatly. Great staff and outstanding vets! Always honest and reasonable with my dogs. They go above and beyond even coming in after hours if needed.
