I am so grateful for this team of amazing people. They are a Godsend and have treated me and my family with the utmost dignity and respect. I have been fully supported by this team of amazing people since 2020. Although it does take up to 3 days for physicians to respond sometimes, with the shortage of providers in mental health, it is understandable. They too, deserve empathy and have MY support. Full of gratitude for people who TRULY care.
Been waiting a year to try and get an appt. For evaluation. This is the only location tricare prime will send you to with 40 mile radius. I called 3x in 8 months. Each time the receptionist told me " we are not taking new patients for 6 weeks. " on the final try she finally stated the office doesn't do evaluations. I told her they need to call tricare and inform them as they are the only listed location. They truly care about my husband Isaac he's been through the best with doctors cudjoe mees Campbell Spiegel rapley Johnson Mansfield McClain and Patel from tdos to care for him to voluntary admissions Isaac currently sees pa David Arthur outpatient and has respect for him it helps me because Isaac was almost without a psychiatrist his current psychiatrist was placed in a position to seeing active duty and reservist after April 15 2024 evms cares about Isaac so much from his diabetes to his mental health issues to his safety ... read more
