This practice is great. I started coming here after being hospitalized for a high-risk pregnancy. I definitely prefer the Norfolk office; the Virginia Beach location is always crowded and overbooked. Every time I go there, I end up waiting 45 minutes to an hour before being seen. Dr. Gloria Too is amazing, and they even have an entire floor at the hospital dedicated to their practice.
I mean they have had there ups and downs these passed few months. But so far the experience for me is great!
Amazing physicians who made me feel comfortable even with a last minute transfer of care. Seamlessly delivered me with zero complications, will go straight back here with the next!
Terrible! They are booked way out so you have to see the least popular nurse practitioners then when you arrange to see a doc far out they cancel you the day before and you still have to see the bad/inexperienced NPs. Also when I actually did see a doctor once, I have to wait 2 hours after my appointment to see him for 6 minutes. He was great though.
Rude staff members for infection disease unit. I went with a friend and I saw how staff is very dismissive and not helpful towards her and other clients. You need to do better for them .
