Zero stars if I could give them. This is by far the worst OB/GYN office I have ever dealt with. The entire practice is disorganized, unprofessional, and lacks even the most basic level of customer service. Getting someone on the phone is impossible. Staff are in the hallways talking about patients and if they stopped all the gossiping it would cut down on the extended wait once you’re in a room waiting to see the provider. This place is absolutely not recommended. I do not understand why medical services refer people here; it is the exact opposite of what they claim to be. They charge exorbitant fees, so if you have health insurance coverage, you would be better off using it at a different medical facility. If you are seeking medical assistance, this is not the place to find it. Here, they care only about money; they have absolutely no interest in your health. Staff is dismissive. Only calls your name once and if you miss you’d never know because of how long the front desk ladies are gossiping… ultrasound techs take horrible pictures and videos. And it’s stupid we can’t have a physical paper copy of the ultrasound pictures. Everyone acts like robots just there for a check. No hospitality, no welcoming atmosphere, long wait times.
Called for help and to set up an appointment and got a very nasty response and attitude. Please don not go here. I canceled all appointments and have found a new obgyn office who knows how to treat and talk to patients.
Sometimes they keep you for over an hour and I always walk out
