Things here are not good, and really offer a bleak outlook for anyone seeking care for gynecological issues. In the past year I have had a surgery scheduled for the wrong day, the doctor and the scheduler both refused to take accountability for that issue... Since then my two appointments have been cancelled with little to no notice. The call center is full of the most insensitive and uncaring individuals I have ever encountered in my life.
Very reliable. I had a ultra sound along with blood testing they said they will schedule my next appointment with me when the nurse calls with my results.. its been over 4 weeks nothing. I tried calling and they hung up on me so i called back and all i got was “the voicemail is not set up for this line”
No communication, very unprofessional discussing patients in the hallway, and the team is not on one accord when it comes to communication with patients. Extremely slow, and the worst experience I’ve ever received. You can never get anyone on the phone and there needs to be direct lines to the office instead of a call center. Switching to a more professional and present office.
