No communication, very unprofessional discussing patients in the hallway, and the team is not on one accord when it’s comes to communication with patients. They rather discuss it in the hallway rather than talk to you directly.

I really don’t like giving bad reviews but want to help other women make a better decision. When you check in you will be met with attitudes it’s a very unwelcoming feeling especially for pregnant woman who will have to trust these people to care for her and her baby after. I am supposed to schedule appointments and repeatedly keep getting hung up on. I think anyone that gives this place over one star is being paid. Absolutely the worst. Had a full hysterectomy in March of 2023. I was very sick after and had the hardest time reaching anyone to get advice on what to do. Turns out I caught an infection and had to spend two days in the hospital. My physician was very personable and thorough but the staff in both the Virginia Beach and Norfolk offices were absolutely horrible. I have called multiple times to talk to someone on the nurse triage line and no one has answered or called back. It is getting ridiculous, especially being a high risk patient. I have history of pregnancy issues and it is like they aren’t taking it seriously.

Would not send my worst enemy to this place or recommend this place at all. Zero stars if possible. I got sent to this office for being high risk. This was my first pregnancy so I was already scared. The only good thing I can say about EVMS was Jenna, NP. First the check in staff is not personable, they do not make you feel welcomed, and they seem to always have attitudes.
