I like the nurses and doctors here, but the front desk girl is so rude. I am always a bubbly happy person, and the girl with the blonde hair always has an attitude & monotone and looks at you with big eyes like you’re the biggest nuisance. She will talk super fast, unlike any office worker I’ve ever seen. So rude.
Had an amazing experience with the staff and an amazing experience with the doctor who delivered my baby.
After 10 months of burning and pain I got referred to a ureogynnogist,doctor said that ureogynecologist don't deal with this. After going to a different ureogynecologist this is in fact what they deal with. Proceeded to say that I might have a rare disorder which she mispronounced multiple times and I do not met the diagnostic criteria of. She did not do the necessary testing to see if I had this rare disorder. She tested for two other things that were unrelated and would not cause my symptoms .She the prescribed it steroid ... read more
Zero stars if I could give them. This is by far the worst OB/GYN office I have ever dealt with. The entire practice is disorganized, unprofessional, and lacks even the most basic level of customer service. Getting someone on the phone is impossible. Staff are in the hallways talking about patients and if they stopped all the gossiping it would cut down on the extended wait once you’re in a room waiting to see the provider. This place is absolutely not recommended. I do not understand why medical services refer people here; it is the exact opposite of what they claim to be. They charge exorbitant fees, so if you have health insurance coverage, you would be better off using it at a different medical facility. If you are seeking medical assistance, this is not the place to find it. Here, they care only about money; they have absolutely no interest in your health.
