No communication, very unprofessional discussing patients in the hallway, and the team is not on one accord when it comes to communication with patients. Extremely slow, and the worst experience I’ve ever received. You can never get anyone on the phone and there needs to be direct lines to the office instead of a call center. Switching to a more professional and present office.
This is the worst place to get care. Move very slowly, not efficient with answers. Have to chance them down to get the proper care that you need.
Zero stars, unprofessional staff, and unprofessional doctors. Wait times are extreme and when you get to the back you hear staff gossiping about patients. If you want a personable, peaceful, and calming experience I’d go somewhere else.
This office has canceled and rescheduled my appointment twice without notice, no phone call, nothing. This is incredibly unprofessional and no way to handle patients, especially in a field such as this
