Absolutely horrible. I asked what would be the cost to use my insurance vs self pay. Allison (Billing) told me I'd take at the most 2 weeks to find out. I scheduled my next session for the 18 days later. Upon arrival, none of my questions were answered. Ii lost my appointment that day. Spoke to Raply who told me they don't accept my insurance. That was inaccurate. There were only empty apologies. I am Thankful that it only cost $930 to find how unprofessional, disorganized and awful this place is. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE
Never had an appointment with them and I got a random letter in the mail saying I owe $520, for nothing. Super shady and unprofessional.
I am just...absolutely devastated right now. I had an appointment on the 10th to ask for a restock on my birth control. This is a birth control I need because they can't figure out why my uterus is not working correctly. Without these pills, I lose over 6 cups a day of heavy palm sized clots from my menstrual cycle and this was a quick solution to stop nearly 5 months of consistent menstruating. Never ever will be back to this place!
Parking is hell and poorly marked out who is allowed to park where. Very slow offices, even mostly empty.
