Everyone was very friendly. The nurse apologized for the wait (which wasn’t even that long.)
Just moved to area in September had a test done. Appoint to see doctor for results was not till March. Got a call cancelling appointment tried calling 3 times to reschedule no call back. Finally stopped in to office now I have to wait until July to see docs. Still never got a call. If I wasn’t concerned about test results I would just forget this practice. Hopefully some time soon the powers that be can do something about the horrible customer service.
This group is absolutely unprofessional as far as the office staff. We have called a total of 30 times in the past few months and NOBODY WILL EVER PICK UP THE PHONE. You can call 50 times nobody can pick up the phone because there is nobody to take calls from concerned patients or family of patients! This is beyond absurd and should be seriously looked at. They called to cancel a surgery scheduled, because they didn’t see nor listen when we told the Dr that he had Afib. And so he goes ahead and schedules it to cancel it days... read more
I went in for a battery of balance test along with hearing exam. was greeted on time..waited maybe 3-5 mins before goig back. Jakira did my balance testing. kept me informed and answer all my queation. then saw Dr Anna Louthan for my audio exam, she kept me informed, explaining my questions was a very plesant expeirience. place was clean and neat. would recommend this place and come back again.
