Do not move here. You can't live here, let alone have friends visit you. Parking is simply not available, whether you're a guest or a resident. Nearly every spot in the garage is reserved, and surface parking isn't an option either since residents are forced to park outside because there isn't enough room for them in their own garage, unless they pay extra for a reserved spot, which is ridiculous.
