horrendous elevator situation… I have mobility issues and they haven’t cared to address!!
The elevators are currently out of service and there seems to be no signs of the management getting this issue fixed. They have been completely unresponsive to repeated complaints about this ongoing problem. This is absolutely unacceptable... We're paying for a basic amenity that we can't even use...
Their elevators haven’t worked in MONTHS, have fun with that.
Elevators never work in this building and there is 0 parking in this building because there are more apartments than parking spots. So good luck trying to find parking spot once you move in and have a working elevator. But honestly, there is no way a building can have this much downtime with an elevator. It's been down for months on end.
