With Tina’s help, my wife and I recently closed on a 20 acre property in Grants Pass. Tina was great to work with. Throughout the process she responded to our many questions in a timely and thorough manner. We needed to work through some easement issues with the seller that required a LOT of back and forth and Tina was super helpful as we navigated that process.
