I purchased a few items from this company, I received the email showing it was out for delivery except it was in the state of Oregon (I live in Wisconsin) they sent it out to an old billing address I have for one of my cards on the account. So naturally I call and ask what they had planned to do to fix the situation imagine my surprise when the answer was absolutely nothing. After multiple times sending back a broken controller it is now out of warranty. We never received a properly working controller for the $200 plus $14.95 for the extended warranty. I talked with several of their employees going higher up each time and it got worse as you went up the ladder. To be a satisfied customer I was willing to spend an extra $100 plus the trade of the junk controller and they refused to go lower than $140. DO NOT purchase any item from this company!!! After an order, they will email you saying that they need to send your items to a separate address. That is where their scam starts, because you will have already noticed the total taken out of your bank account, yet you will not receive any items at any address you give them. Purchased 2 controllers totaling $300.00. Received controllers within a 2 week period. Both have stopped working. I’ve tried contacting the company via everyway of communication only to get absolutely no response. This business is a scam and please run from it.
I went ahead and took a chance on them even after reading these posts. To be honest the overall experience for me was great. I received my controller and I can say I'm really impressed I'm just hoping these things last and that evil controllers holds up on their end.
