very bad experience. bad attitude and lack of interest in the case are their strong point . they do not even disclosed to you what they have sent on your behalf
waste of time and Money . terrible experience . very bad communicate and do not respond to questions. hide their communications with the tenants . I gave up and had to go to another company to find out all the errors their made in the paperwork and the filing . save your money and your time and run away from this company
0 stars! Terrible experience! Typically once eviction is filed, the serving needs to happen in 3 days. They didn't serve in needed time and been a month - my constant follow-ups and messages unanswered. Even if you call them they will not answer. I set up scheduled call with them, yet they will not speak. I gave up and had to go with another company. After I told them to stop processing, then I get a call expressing apology and that their server had quit or some made up reason! They say they will refund me money, lets see. ... read more
Perhaps in a non-pandemic world, Evictthemforme.com could have worked. But not in a world where they had hundreds, if not thousands, of clients seeking to have deadbeat renters removed. I kept asking Evictthemfor me for status updates; these were ignored until I sent a letter with a tracking number to them. And then I didn't get the full picture. This management company provides good tailored service at the very reasonable price. I found this company to be very handy for my tenant who was late on first month itself. The service provided by ETFM was really effective is pursuing and collecting the rent. Would definitely hire them and recommend them for any such issues. Thanks to Joe / Ali for prompt response and attention to my case. !!
I'm writing an update for my previous review. As we all know we are still in a pandemic. Previously, I wrote the tenant in a case had not been served. The tenant was served on February 28th and has until the end of today to answer which I doubt they will. Hopefully, Evict Them for me will move swiftly and apply for the writ as I know they will.
