The car buying experience seemed OK due to the fact that I have a very poor credit rating (552). They were able to get me approved for the vehicle that I picked out. My complaint is that you need to get everything in writing from the sales person. I was told that the oil would be changed, it's not showing on the stick and it's an old oil filter.
