⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable. We drove 15 minutes to this EVgo station because both the app and the website showed it as available and working. After arriving, we found that 3 out of 4 chargers were completely out of service. Only one charger was working, and it was already occupied. Good place to charge. It seems that it takes 2-4 tries to get my car to connect and charge with EVgo. Not sure on which end the miscommunication is.
Horrible location, 1/4 stations work and when i called support to fix one of the others, they couldnt help
I love how convenient is this location, there are 4 chargers and very close to here are other 2, so this ones are usually free.
