I was charged $26 for a charging session I never used. All I did was try to get directions to the station, and that somehow triggered a session—one that another car started to use. Once I saw a session had started, I contacted customer support who couldn’t cancel it and refused to issue a refund. DONT COME HERE!!! The chargers are big bulky chargers NOT meant for tesla or the converter I have. Bs here

First customer service agent remotely started the charge because the station would. not respond on site. Terminated after 3 minutes. Second agent said the charger was "under maintenance" and shouldn't be used.
