Super fast charging stations located in under ground parking (underground & to the right). The entrance to the underground parking is in center of parking lot.
Never using EvGo again. What a ridiculous price. $0.73/kWh plus $1 session fee amounted to $49 total. Where do you guys get off charging double Tesla Superchargers? Isn’t the point to entice people away from Teslas? Unbelievable.
Charged $55 for 20 minutes of charge. Paid $16 for Tesla supercharge. That price is ridiculous. Never again
Albert has been down for over a week for CCS charging. Otherwise, this location has been working well. Last month I ran into problems with multiple Chargers at this location stopping or charging at less than normal speeds (38-40kw/h). One time, it was charging at less than 8 kw/h so I stopped that unit and went to another. I notified EVGo of the problems I was having but the CS agent didn't seem to care and acted as if this happens all the time for EVGo customers. This place is great and there is a sprout foods and other shopping available while you wait for charge
