Do not go here in hopes of charging your vehicle. Chargers have been out of service for months as of February 2025.
Bought a Cadillac Lyriq and they gave free charging with EVgo but the only charging station near me has be out of order since November and nothing has been done about it. The first time and only time I used it there was only 1 slot working and had to wait an hour. Horrible partnership Cadillac got themselves into. Looking to take a trip and the only EVgo near my destination is also out of order. Really bad, reminds me why I went Tesla for my other car, their Supercharging is far better network and they fix them when they go ... read more
Customer service tries hard so the stars are what they are....they're very polite but super slow. Also, try to avoid needing them because HALF of the stations are BROKEN and DO NOT CHARGE!! EVgo FIX ALL OF YOUR CHARGING STATIONS..PLS
