Doesn’t exist anymore
The Owner of this EVGo Station NEEDS to UPDATE that these Charger machines are NO LONGER @ the Mall anymore and the information needs to be REMOVED from Google Map! I had high hopes that my rental EV vehicle would be charged and I will feel a lot at ease knowing I can go home safely with fully charged Vehicle. Now I won’t and am panicking to find closest one to charge my rental EV vehicle. SHEESH! 🤬
I used this evgo all the time because it was closest to my place but this station is always offline (which I’m finding is a common theme with ev chargers and especially evgo chargers). It’s been offline for a couple months now with no end in sight and the support calls being next to useless as they don’t even know what’s going on. When reliability isn’t an option, communication is essential. If evgo is paying attention the very least they could do is provide some level of status for all evgo chargers beyond online/offline.
