Do not waste your trip coming here to charge. This EVgo station at Westlake Shopping Center is essentially non-functional. None of the stalls work anymore. On top of that, the location is already difficult to find—it’s hidden on the ground floor, in the back alley of the shopping center. You spend time hunting it down, only to discover that charging isn’t possible at all. Two 50kw chargers and only one is working. 1 slow j1772 charger and it’s down. This evgo location needs some love. Stations look dirty and raggedy. Not to mention it’s not fully operational!
