All stations were working when I charged my car. If you are charging with chademo, make sure you select "stop charging" on the touch screen before trying to unplug. I'm used to the chargepoint stations that you can just unplug in the middle of a charging session.
EVgo steals money from its customers through fraud. I used my debit card to tap and start the session. A US$55.00 hold was immediately put on my debit card. At the end of the session, the screen informed me that the entire cost for it, had been US$20 and some change. No option for a receipt was shown to me. It has been more than 12 hours since I completed the charge, and EVgo is keeping the entire US$55.00.
Terrible experience. Downloaded the app. It could not charge and connector was stuck in the car. Never again. Person in the charger next to me also had issues. We are both talking with customer support
