As a new Tesla owner it was very confusing to figure out which charger worked for my car. My car takes a J1772 connection and I couldn't tell what charger has what connection? So had to get out of the car and walk around to see. The one I needed was being used and the driver was nowhere in sight. Unfortunately I was unable to charge my car.
No fast chargers are operational and there are no other services in the vacinity.
We were looking for a place to charge our Tesla—since we weren't at a Tesla Supercharger station, we had to drive over here. It took us 10 minutes to drive from our destination, but when we arrived, it turned out that only one charging unit was operational; all the others were down. It's my go to because of the difficulty in finding a CHAdeMO plug. Otherwise the charger has been very reliable.
