These stations have been inoperable for over a year (even though one indicates it was running 3 months ago). It’s the only place nearby to charge. Even after submitting a complaint several months ago directly through the app, they are still not working. When they were working, they were great. Just need someone to fix or reset them, which doesn’t seem like too much to ask.
I checked out the EVgo chargers. They are all broken. I filled up my hybrid chevy volt with gas, and went inside to buy a coffee and use the restroom. It was about 10:25PM, so it was dark in Menlo Park. For context, I was driving home after a long day of work. At first, the door to the store was locked.
