Most of the time, it's a good user-friendly app to use. The app has some issues from time to time. Customer Service are helpful if it isn't busy. From time to time, it's a delayed response when getting assists remotely.
Too many other cars parked in designated EV areas, availability resource not accurate
It took me while to find, but it was not a bad place. There were only 2 chargers. And it took me a while to set up an account to charge my car. So I suggest getting an account before going. Once it was set up, everything was fine.
