Both chargers still offline
This charger is badly in need of repairs. The touchscreen on Clarice is cracked and unusable (no touch input). It constantly disconnects in the middle of charging, forcing you to manually reconnect it. The Cleveland station has been tagged as offline for months, but it actually works intermittently (at a lower charging speed, around mid 30 Kw/h). This is a high traffic area, EVGO needs to fix this!
