Worthless. Requires app download. Would not allow me to pay with a credit card and it could not successfully connect via my Kia app. I'm not downloading your app to use a charger. Why make it so hard for me to spend my money?
After 30 minutes of trying to get the touch screens to work, I gave up and turned around and headed back k home because I had used half my home chage to this point on my map. Had to. Cancel my trip. One charger worked and someone was parked on it and gone. All the other screens where not working. Very disappointed.
There are 4 chargers in total but only two of them work. After figuring out which charger work I was able to charge successfully.
Three visits out of four these machines are inoperable they are always down. Don't bother calling all they will do is reboot the machine and delay you another 15 minutes for it to not work. Worst experience at a charging station I've ever had. The previous time I had a bad experience I was charged 99 cents 15 different times trying to connect and reconnect. Do not ever plan on visiting this location especially if you are low on power.
