I came here because this charger was shown as available, but I wasn’t able to charge at all. I tried multiple times and kept getting a connection/handshake error (Error 004158). The screen would go through the steps, say it was checking the cable and connecting to the car, and then it would just fail. I followed all the instructions carefully, unplugged and retried several times, and even called support.
