Great customer service support!
Only one charger works and is always occupied even at night. Sad. I work so close it's a shame they're broken and don't ever seem too get repaired. Would have been really convenient for me otherwise. But the evcs/loop charging station always works and is always available but = almost $40/hr

1 active charger and 2 others have been broken for 3 months. Horrible service.
This location is the only one in Simi Valley that offers two fast chargers and it has an ideal location with plenty of parking and free of charge. Evgo needs to add more fast chargers at this location because the amount of ev drivers has increased and the wait time is long at times. The nearby cities do not have fast chargers and this location is ideal to add more and make it easier for the drivers who need this service
