Extremely expensive, they wouldn't accept my prepaid card so I had to use the horrible EVgo app and it ended up charging my credit card anyways, and when I asked them to charge my prepaid card they refused. Super rude and incompetent staff. $10 for 30%. Will never go to an EVgo again, sure hope my $10 was worth it... horrible customer service and experience every time I go to an EVgo.
