If you can get it to work, its fine. Its CCS ports, not NACS. I used the converter. You have to download the FLITWAY app because the debit cards option was unavailable. Like someone else said, it did reboot on me too, mid way thru trying to start the charge. I had to deal with it because i was on 17% left so i didnt have many options. I called customer service (see photo) and gave them the station id and they helped me. I found it good for location convenience only. Will use again if i have to. doesn't work most of the time. the entire machine restarted on me mid charge.
Great when it works, extremely unreliable, terrible customer support, half of the time does NOT work!
Awful! Frequent disconnection! Doesn’t work
Absolutely don’t recommend this, unless you’re really in a hurry, very expensive, not convenient , I see them going out of business soon if they didn’t fix there rates. They have Irvine curse on them .
