To say that I am disappointed with both the service and state of the home we moved into is like saying that the surface of the sun is mildly warm. Communication from the beginning has been abysmal. Left multiple messages as did our Realtor before receiving communication 5 days later! This should have been a red flag. Evey Edwards Group managed our rental property for 11 years. The level of service and professionalism by her team was absolutely top notch! Evey Edwards is the best property management group on the planet. What few maintenance issues we have had were fixed immediately or at the very least, they told us when it would be scheduled to be fixed. We are very happy staying at their property.
Evey and Kristy are both extremely sweet ladies to work with. I lived in a studio apartment that already came installed with a pet door. Any work orders I put in were confirmed and scheduled within 24-48 hours. The other tenants around were all friendly and looked out for one another. I unfortunately had to move due to space limitations but Kristy worked with me to make it a smooth transition. I highly recommend and working with Evey Edwards Group for your housing needs.
