Dr Jeffrey Bell saved my cat Bowie’s life! He had emergency surgery for bladder stones. He was losing weight, lethargic & not himself. One week after surgery, he’s back to running around, eating & being his perfect little self! We have been going there for years. (Since 1988) Staff is always caring & compassionate. Dr Bell called me before, after & a follow up just to see how he was doing because he was so worried. Thanks to EVERYONE who cared for my 9 yr old boy, who is back to acting like a kitten!
I just want to give all of the staff my appreciation for making my boy Axel as comfortable as possible before we had to put him down. I wish that the outcome was completely different, but you all made it a little less painful to let him pass on.
Dr bell and his staff are amazing ! They are always so accommodating to my personal pets and the hundreds of rescues that I have taken to them. Their kindness and generosity has allowed me to help so many animals in need. Thank you!�
We recently lost 2 of our furry friends - absolutely no empathy from either of the doctors who were the primary care givers. I unfortunately was impressed with the level of care when we first started taking our pets here but after this last experience I think the only thing that is important to them is the almighty buck.
Today my mom and I had to make the gut wrenching decision to put our dog down. Though it is such a horrible experience to have to go through the staff here were so comforting and compassionate. They explained every step of the process and allowed us to have as much time as we needed with our baby to say goodbye. Very thankful to have been in such a kind atmosphere during one of the hardest days of our lives.
My cat Micah was under their care for hyperthyroidism when I braught her back for a follow up due to still loosing weight and not eating much and low energy 15 days ago after attempting to take bloodwork to check thyroid level she went into respiratory distress the vet that attended to her was quick with getting an X-ray to find out it was lung cancer when telling us I could see the hurt in her eyes as she told us after making that difficult decision to euthanize her she was nothing bet companionate she handle our sweet girl... read more
