So, so great! Best piercing experience ever. Chelsea was wonderful with my super nervous 8 yr old. I couldn't recommend them more. Everyone who has a hesitant/squeamish little girl who is begging to get their ears pierced, should come here.

Just went today to get my 5 year old birthday girls ears pierced! Kim was so sweet and was very good about explaining to my daughter what was about to happen and what to expect! Such a great experience for an excited yet apprehensive little girl!
