Bill and Melody are fantastic and their team did a great job on a total house remodel. They were responsive, efficient, thorough, quick, and extremely reasonable. I couldn't believe the transformation which was quite significant. And as an added perk, their dog Diesel is a joy to see when you go into the showroom!
At first, I was fine with what they did. They put luan down first, then vinyl. Within a few months, the vinyl started lifting in some small areas, so every time I stepped on it, I could hear it touching the glue and popping back up, like the glue was trying to stick to it. They sent someone to investigate, but they gave me a lame excuse about the subfloor, so did absolutely nothing.
