on april 4th, 2025, i arrived at 4:45 to pick up a 5 pm rental for a 15 foot truck. it took about 30 minutes to actually get the keys, even though i had filled everything out previously. the posted building hours showed it was open until 6 pm, but the only employee left before we could even walk the keys to the truck. my mom drove the truck while i drove the car behind her. after driving about a mile over to the intersection of s mall drive and harrison, the ramp from the truck slid out backwards about 6 feet, nearly slammin... read more

They recently switched ownership and not the website they are using for customers sucks also if you call to make your payment by phone because their new system is giving you a hard time they charge $5 extra which is ridiculous! I was so happy with this company before the changes now it's just ridiculous and I would no longer recommend to anyone because if the new changes in the system!

Customer service is horrible. Rep insisted on checking me in for a U-Haul, when I had already checked in online. All she had to do was hand me the keys. There are very few times I have issues with U-Haul. Mostly because I use the self check in online. Taking the liberty to not only inconvenience me, but waste my time… the first time I tried renting a U-Haul here they refused to rent to me because I supposedly needed a major credit card. Same person did this. I will just stick to corporate stores moving fwd.
