This place has been our go-to for several years. The owner is knowledgeable and SUPER honest. Twice now they have diagnosed and fixed a problem on the spot and sent us on our way with no charge. We have also had complicated issues fixed and they did a great job each time along with a thorough explanation at pickup. Great service, knowledgeable, and honest.
I stopped in because I desperately needed a trailer hitch pin. They did not have one they could sell me, so they lent me one I needed from their personal items. No charge, just a promise that I would bring it back. It is nice to know there are still good, honest people in the world willing to help out a stranger. I am sure they do right by you with whatever business you bring them.
Great experience! I'm new to RVing, and Jason and his crew went above and beyond to take care of my RV and explain things as they did them. Already planning my next experience!
Jason saved the day! We were staying in our RV close by when our tankless water heater gave out. He responded right away when we called and said to bring it right in. Within 4 hours he had the needed parts and had a new one installed. Jason and his technicians were efficient, professional and friendly. I will go there with all my rv needs.
Who knew you could look forward to having your trailer serviced? Staff were efficient, informative and genuine. I’ll be back.
