i brought my bike there for two tires and by the end of the day the front break caliper came off while i was doing 50mph and also caused the rim weights to all come off. i call them and they did not even sound concerned. never again going there

Great shop great deal good timing
Awful customer service. They take photos of customers bikes and post them online to make fun of. They don’t even call back to apologize or do anything about it. Very unprofessional.
These guys are amazing. I pulled up in a tow truck 30 minutes before closing, absolutely desperate, after having spent hours on the side of the road with a dead battery. They immediately figured out the issue (plug) and fixed it, and wouldn’t even charge me. They saved me, they are my new local shop. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
This is the best shop in Miami. Screw Riva, they overcharge and they hold your bike for several weeks for simple services. Nothing but fair prices and damn good work. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Only place I would ever bring my bike to. I live real really far from there. The customer service is amazing, their honest. I don't think their pricing is over board. Definitely recommend to family and friends.
