A learning experience for me and I have no choice but to accept this loss. I will give my experience so it may not happen to others. I booked an appointment thru the website, and thought I had an appointment for 9:30 am Friday, that's my fault for not confirming. I did not have an appointment for 9:30. I went to the location/address that is stated on the website/Google, this is also my fault for not confirming the location. We both agreed upon a 1:00 time to meet and come up with a hair plan. I logged out of my work site to attend this meeting. I collected my kids and drove 30 min to attend this meeting. When I got there, I called her and she said "oops I forgot about our meeting, I'm out getting my nails done." So now I'm out money that I otherwise would have made if I had stayed home. Time wasted, and gas wasted. I find this unprofessional.
