Do not order from this company if you like customer service! I ordered a set of Bosch cookie paddles. NO WHERE on the site, either on the item, or on at checkout, or after ordering, did it say they were backordered for 3 weeks. When I called 8 days after ordering to find out why they hadnt been shipped, they said they were backordered. I asked where it said that, and told the woman that it didnt not say backordered anywhere on the website. She didnt care and would do nothing for me but cancel the order. I am still awaiting m... read more

We are a business that has used Everything Kitchens on more than one occasion. The service for us has been excellent, and for the items we bought, their prices were the lowest we could find on the internet. We highly recommend them.

Terrible service, Placed an order for a \$12.00 Vitamix part, Paid with a credit card and received an order confirmation that stated said "part was being shipped standard shipping". Waited 3 weeks.... nothing, I called and was put on hold. Finally when I spoke to "the Manager" was told the order was not shipped because it was too small an order! At least they could have notified me that they were not going to ship it! I suggest others placing orders with another company because these people lack common communication skills. ... read more
