Joe and his 2 crew members were on time, pleasant, professional and efficient! Joe was training Steven and Vincent and showed wonderful teaching skills with them that he then used with me too. I felt comfortable with all the instructions on how to use and care for my new tub. A very very positive experience in every way and they cleaned up the area before leaving. Joe is your star and a wonderful reflection on your business! Give that man a raise!!! Thank him for me!!!
Update on 12/10/2026….Everything Hot Tubz is still the best spa and outdoor lifestyle company and still have a great showroom! I’ve been talking with Armando about getting a different spa the last couple weeks, (I bought my first one from them too) and all I can say is he and the entire team truly have your best interest in mind. I purchased a Clearlight Premier IS-2 sauna from this dealer. The price of the sauna was competitive. I added the delivery and installation charge. 3.5 weeks after placing the order it was delivered and placed in my finished basement. The installers, Joe and Stephen, were excellent. They were very careful and did everything I asked. It was clear that they had put one of these saunas together before and knew how it ought to be assembled.
