Customer service was really bad, the lady behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. Made my first time purchasing water extremely uncomfortable. Definitely will not go back. Could benefit from teaching basic human decency to their staff.
Everything H2O was very proactive at identifying my water problem and providing a solution. They arrived on time for the instalation and cleaned up after. Great to deal with!
When in the sylvan store getting our hot tub water checked I started talking to the owner about a problem I had with our gas fireplace, there seemed to be a draft coming into the room around the fireplace. I was happy to learn that their lead plumber was ticketed to come a check out the problem. When Jonathon arrived he quickly diagnosed the chimney not being sealed properly and was able to do that for us easily. Was very knowledgeable and figured out the issue within 5 minutes. Did the work and tested for leaks. Showed me the old, broke down parts and left no mess. Very polite and professional . If you need work done on your hot tub, call these guys
