Unprofessional. Donyae had an appt available, I booked. texted me at 10pm at night the night before seeing if I could move it but I made an appointment for a certain time for a reason. Cool. I asked for my deposit back and she didn’t reply till the morning. Texted me , no hello , no good just popping slick on her fingers the next morning for whatever reason instead providing customer service because she couldn’t pull her end. Had a beautiful experience. Donyae was very nice! All professional products were used. She specializes in natural hair, wigs, frontals etc. Braids were neat and painless. I will be going back! Thanks Donyae!
