Everything for the home has been banned from the Cessna Landing community due to repeated rule violations. She and her subcontractor illegally cleared land in the 50' shoreline protection barrier and presented Her client received an adjudicated hearing and settled with a remediation plan with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. They were also fined by the HOA for multiple repeated violations of community rules.

We reached out to Amy to help us get a property that had been sitting for a while updated and ready to sell.
