Zack did a great job. Resolved the issue and inspected the machine; tightening screws and making sure it's solid.
Brent was awesome to work with upfront setting up a time and going through all of our options to fix our home gym. Zach came out and made sure our cables were correctly replaced and calibrated and went through everything he did to make the gym perfect. Thanks Guys and what a Great Company to work with!
