They charged us $225/hr ($675 + $87.56 part) to fix a valve that needed replaced! We could have drove to NJ from PA and fixed it ourselves had we had any idea what he was charging. When called to see if that labor rate was correct and not a misprint he stated that he “reviewed the price with the driver and he paid the bill.” We don’t even make that amount in 2 hours of work driving a truck. It’s absurd how companies will take advantage of you!
