Friendly and knowledgeable computer repair. They have done hardware repair and software repair for me. Found problems within my laptop and quick repair. New parts for desktop and laptop at reasonable prices. I would recommend them to everyone.

My laptop computer that I use to work from home crashed on a Friday evening. I called and spoke with their technician Ryan on Saturday morning and told him about the problem. He asked me to bring it in, and he would look at it. I brought it to him, and he assured me that he would get back to me on Monday with a solution since they are closed on Sunday . I took in my notebook because it wouldn't charge anymore. I was told that a new piece for my charger had been ordered and would be in within 3 to 5 business days. A week later when I called the guy told me that the wrong part came in so he was waiting on the correct part. I called a week later and he said that he was still waiting for the part and it should be in within a day or two. A week later I called and was told that the part was on backorder.
