There was a mistake made with my payment. They processed the secondary instead of the primary. This caused a huge problem for me. I contacted them and they were extremely helpful in helping correct this. They even offered to cover the overdraft charges. FLAWLESS customer service! I will always shop here FIRST! EBTH has been a lot of fun for me. I've added a number of decorative items throughout our home. I complained once before about a quilt I bought and never received...this as over a year ago...and today it arrived! It's a mix of crazy quilt and memory quilt and I find it both pretty and intriguing. Who made which square, what were the circumstances? I also wonder where the heck this quilt has been all this time, but I am thrilled to finally add it to my collection.

I’ve been getting very good prices on your actions. However, my problem is with your shipping. You need to start combining items with one shipping bill. I can’t win two lots and pay two separate shipping fees. That’s utterly ridiculous and way too expensive. And some of the shipping on the furniture pieces, should I desire something from another state, is outrageous!
