I ordered custom syringe shaped pens for my corporation from Everything Branded, and the quality was incredibly disappointing. The liquid inside the syringe pens evaporated in a few months, leaving them looking defective and unprofessional completely running the promotional purpose. I contacted their customer service twice in attempt to find a resolution, but their response was dismissive and unhelpful. Terrible experience and a complete waste of time. Took over a month of back and forth emails with what I’m convinced is a bot to do nothing but eat our lead time on a simple order. We approved a proof for a product they couldn’t even offer which we weren’t informed of until we had already paid the invoice. Weeks and weeks of frustrating emails, being passed off from one person to another all while their “customer service” team could not speak via phone, email only (hello bot). They missed the deadline, then sent the wrong product. They have required many pictures and videos. Now they are telling me it could be more than 2 months from order date to review and potentially get a refund.

Conor was so great to deal with! He sent me multiple quotes until we found a product/price my customer was happy with! Highly recommend and will be using Everything Branded again in the future!
