***SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND FRUSTRATION AND GO TO RACK ATTACK*** Worst experience with any automotive place. Not only were they incompetent and ordered us a rack that they installed improperly 3 times (and the rack slipped off each time without anything attached which is a huge safety concern), but the owner was rude, unapologetic and unreasonably wanted us to return for a 4th time for a service still not rendered...
