My experience is 5 star.... I've applied with everystep when I was 6 months, and they reached out to me 3 days later. Here I am 3rd trimester 7 months and made alot of progress with them, they gave me lots of resources for more help and I reached out to them as well and I am now set with baby items and supplies that I need for my baby. Home visits and education that has been bought to me is 100% amazing !!!! I will definitely be referring them to others and my resources I have received help from to help the next family. I came with my husband for a dna test for a child from a previous relationship. I have never been somewhere like this type of place that doesn't greet you at the door, or that they make you feel bad about yourself for being there. Clearly the lady behold the desk needs to watch a few human resource videos over customer service. I need to add though that the lady who did the test was very professional.
